Rule 29-2202 - TRANSFER OF CLIENTS FROM HOMELESS SHELTERS
2202.1

The Department may immediately transfer a homeless shelter client in the Continuum of Care to a designated isolation and quarantine site if the client tests positive for COVID-19, or is exhibiting symptoms of a communicable disease that is communicable by air or casual contact, in accordance with current public health guidance to prevent and control the spread of communicable diseases.

2202.2

When the Department transfers a homeless shelter client to a designated isolation and quarantine site on the basis of a positive COVID-19 test result, the Department shall report that positive test result to DOH.
