Program participants are eligible to receive other support services including career navigation and advancement services, coaching, case management, housing identification assistance, and other support services and resources offered through the Program based on their goals and needs.
The Department shall match each Program participant with a navigator that will serve as a primary contact and connection point to other support services.
The Department shall determine the appropriate range of other support services to provide Program participants and may designate third parties and enter partnerships with other programs and agencies to deliver them. These services may change over time based on Program participant needs, program performance, partner capacity, and funding availability.
