The Department shall conduct one (1) or more preoperational inspections to verify and approve that the body art establishment is constructed and equipped in accordance with plans and modifications approved by the Department as specified in Section 606; has established standard operating procedures as specified in Chapter 3; and is in compliance with these regulations.
