Rule 22-B3904 - DIRECTOR
3904.1

The governing body shall appoint a Director who shall be responsible for managing and directing the agency's operations, serving as liaison between the governing body and staff, employing qualified personnel, and ensuring that staff members are adequately and appropriately trained.

3904.2

The Director shall be a person who:

(a) Is a licensed physician;
(b) Is a licensed registered nurse; or
(c) Has training and experience in health services administration, including at least one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs.
