Rule 10-B2703 - PRELIMINARY SKETCH: SUBDIVIDE LAND AND GROUND2703.1The preliminary sketch shall be drawn to scale and shall clearly provide such information as the Surveyor may require, such as, but not limited to, the following:
(a) Property lines of the land to be subdivided;(b) Man-made features, such as buildings, structures, walls, fences, railroads, culverts, sewers, etc.;(c) Natural features, such as topography, fine trees, edges of woods, water courses, etc.;(d) The zoning districts and their boundary lines within the land involved;(e) The layout of the existing and proposed improvements in or around the land involved, such as private and public throughfares, alleys, parks and reservations, with their official designation;(f) The layout of the existing and proposed squares and lots, together with building restriction lines where same may be provided or required with their official designation;(g) Areas proposed to be dedicated for public purposes;(h) North point by orientation; and(i) Suggested grade elevation at street intersection, breaks in street grade, and cross-sections of street when unusual conditions require special treatment.D.C.
