Rule 10-B2304 - EXEMPTIONS

2304.1

The following areas and sites shall be exempted from the provisions of this chapter:

(a) Areas of the city that are currently within the C-3-C, C-4 and C-5 zoned districts;

(b) Campus Plans which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;

(c) Private schools which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;

(d) All R-5-A projects which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;

(e) Office buildings located within the special purpose zoning districts which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;

(f) Projects that are submitted to the District of Columbia Zoning Commission under Title 11 DCMR, § 2400, "Planned Unit Development," of the Zoning Regulations of the District of Columbia;

(g) Properties owned or controlled by the Redevelopment Land Agency;

(h) Federal and District owned properties;

(i) Properties under the auspices of the Architect of the Capitol; and

(j) Projects that are currently under Large Tract Review by the Office of Planning as of July 28, 1986.
