Requests for review and certification submitted to the Office of Planning under this chapter shall be completed within sixty (60) days from the time of a submission or referral to the Office of Planning. If additional time is required, the applicant(s) affected Advisory Neighborhood Commission or affected property owners, shall receive written notice from the Director, Office of Planning.
