Section 1180.3.8 - Meeting Schedule(a) The board shall meet on a semi-annual basis. Other meetings of the board may be held from time to time on the call of the Chairperson, or the Secretary, or at the request of any three members of the board.(b) Members may participate in a meeting of the board through use of conference telephone call, electronic video screen communication, or electronic transmission.(c) Participation in a meeting through use of conference telephone call or electronic video screen communication constitutes presence in person at that meeting as long as all members participating in the meeting are able to hear one another.Cal.
