Section 1180.3.9 - Duties of the Chairperson

The Chairperson shall communicate the official actions of the board to the Department, except that the Chairperson may designate the Vice Chairperson or any other board member to do so. Board members may communicate with the Department in their individual capacity. Neither the Chairperson nor any other board member shall speak on behalf of the Department on any subject.
