Section 1180.3.7 - Terms of Office(a) There shall be no limit on the number of terms a member may serve.(b) An individual appointed by the Secretary to fill a vacancy prior to the expiration of the term of office shall serve until the end of that unexpired term.(c) Board members serve at the pleasure of the Secretary and can be discharged at any time without cause. Any member who misses two consecutive meetings of the board without an excused absence from the Chairperson shall no longer serve on the board. The Chairperson shall promptly notify such a member that they have been discharged.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 3, § 1180.3.7
