Section 1180.3.6 - Subcommittees(a) The board or its Chairperson may create subcommittees to address specified issues of the board in accordance with section 19218.4 of the Food and Agricultural Code.(b) The Vice Chairperson shall serve as Chair of any subcommittees appointed by the Chairperson or by the board, unless the Chairperson or board selects another board member to do so.Cal.
