In Register 209, April 2014, the provisions of 5 AAC 64.025(a) and (c) were repealed because the substance of the harvest record provisions appears in 5 AAC 75.006, which applies on a statewide basis, and the annual limit provisions for king salmon and rainbow/steelhead trout appear in 5 AAC 64.022.

In Register 206, July 2013, the provisions of 5 AAC 64.025(b) were repealed because the substance of that subsection regarding annual limits and reporting requirements for sharks appears in the provisions of 5 AAC 75.012, which applies on a statewide basis.
