Section 18 AAC 75.522 - Application for streamed plan incident management team registration(a) Streamlined plan vessel' incident management team registration is effective for as long as the contractor is in compliance with the applicable requirements of this chapter.(b) A person seeking registration as a streamlined plan incident management team must submit an application to the department on a form provided by the department.
