Section 18 AAC 75.521 - Application for streamlined plan cleanup contractor registration(a) Streamlined plan cleanup contractor registration is effective for as long as the contractor is in compliance with the applicable requirements of this chapter.(b) A person seeking registration as a streamlined plan cleanup contractor must submit an application to the department on a form provided by the department.
