Section 18 AAC 75.523 - Application for response planning facilitator registration(a) A response planning facilitator registration is effective for as long as the contractor is in compliance with the applicable requirements of this chapter.(b) A person seeking registration as a response planning facilitator must submit an application to the department, on a for provided by the department.
