Section 660-3-13-.03 - Notification
(1) An obligor who meets the criteria to be a candidate for the Ten Most Wanted Program shall be sent a notification by regular mail to his/her last known address. The Notice shall state that the obligor may avoid being included in the publication by doing all of the following within ninety (90) days after receipt of the Notice:
(a) Make a child support payment that is equal to the amount of support the obligor is required to pay each month under the support order or a percentage of child support arrears owed by the obligor, whichever amount is greater; and
(b) Provide the IV-D agency a current address; and
(c) Provide the IV-D agency proof of employment, current wages, salary, and other compensation; and
(d) Provide the IV-D agency with proof that the obligor has arranged for withholding from the obligor's wages, salary, or other compensation to pay support and for payment of arrearages.
(2) The Notice shall also inform the obligor of his/her responsibility for the cost of including his/her case in the Ten Most Wanted Program. The cost will be collected after the obligor pays current child support and arrears due.
