Section 99-1-302 - Project Components(a) The Rock Springs/Green River area water supply project consists of the following components: (i) A diversion structure and intake facility; (ii) A primary transmission pipeline from the existing water treatment plant in Green River, Wyoming to Rock Springs, Wyoming; (iii) Secondary transmission pipelines to serve the Rock Springs and Green River areas; (iv) Repealed by Laws 1994, ch. 28, § 11. (v) Storage reservoirs; and (vi) Miscellaneous piping, valves, pumping facilities and appurtenances necessary to make the project complete and function in the manner intended.
