Section 99-1-301 - Definitions(a) As used in this act [§§ 99-1-301 through 99-1-306] : (i) "Board" means the City of Green River, Wyoming-City of Rock Springs, Wyoming-Sweetwater County, State of Wyoming joint powers water board;(ii) "Commission" means the Wyoming water development commission;(iii) "Project" means the Rock Springs/Green River area water supply project as described in Section 2 of this act [§ 99-1-302] ;(iv) "Water development account I" means the account created by W.S. 41-2-124(a)(i).
