Section 57.116 - Engineer's Construction Report(a) As work progresses on the district's improvements, the engineer shall make a report to the board, showing in detail whether or not the contract is being fulfilled.(b) When the work is completed, the engineer shall make a detailed report to the board, showing whether or not the contract has been completely fulfilled, and if not, in what particular it has not been fulfilled.Amended by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 248, Sec. 38, 39, eff. 6/18/2003.
