Section 461A.054 - Referral Services for Persons From Criminal Justice System(a) The commissioner may establish programs for the referral, treatment, or rehabilitation of persons from the criminal justice system within the terms of bail, probation, conditional discharge, parole, or other conditional release.(b) A referral may not be inconsistent with medical or clinical judgment or conflict with this chapter or Chapter 462 or applicable federal regulations.Tex.
