Section 265.002 - County and Any Two or More Municipalities(a) The commissioners court of a county may cooperate with the proper authorities of two or more municipalities to establish, build, equip, and maintain a hospital in the county.(b) The commissioners court may appropriate funds for the hospital that the court considers appropriate after a joint conference with the municipal authorities.(c) The commissioners court and the municipal authorities shall jointly control the management of the hospital.Tex.
