Section 549.0256 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Notice Of Prior Authorization Requirement Implementation And Procedures

Not later than the 30th day before the date a prior authorization requirement is implemented, the commission shall post on the Internet for consumers and providers:

(1) notice of the implementation date; and

(2) a detailed description of the procedures to be used in obtaining prior authorization. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.073(a-2).)
