Section 549.0153 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Existence Or Nonexistence Of Supplemental Rebate Agreement Not Confidential

Information about whether the commission and a manufacturer or labeler reached or did not reach a supplemental rebate agreement under Subchapter C for a particular prescription drug is not confidential under Section 549.0151(a). (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.071(d).)
