Section 549.0152 - [Effective 4/1/2025] General Prescription Drug Information Not Confidential; Exception

General information about the aggregate costs of different classes of prescription drugs is not confidential under Section 549.0151(a), except that a drug name or information that could reveal a drug name is confidential. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.071(c).)
