Section 2260.101 - Short title(a) General.--This act shall be known and may be cited as the Electronic Transactions Act.(b) Uniform.--Chapters 1, 3 and 5 shall be known and may be cited as the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. 1999, Dec. 16, P.L. 971, No. 69, § 101, effective in 30 days.
