Section 399.23 - Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Council." The Hardwoods Development Council of the Commonwealth established under section 4.

"Department." The Department of Agriculture of the Commonwealth.
