Section 105-E - Reallocation of Grants(a) Obligated funds.--Counties must certify to the department by January 1, 2022, and as frequently thereafter as determined by the department: (1) The percentage of its grant funds obligated under section 102-E(c).(2) The projection of any excess funding or fund shortfalls.(b) Additional allocation.--If the Commonwealth receives an additional allocation under the American Rescue Plan as a result of other states not having met their threshold under Federal law, the department shall distribute additional funding in accordance with Federal law or guidance or this article.1929, April 9, P.L. 343, No. 176, art.
