Section 1495 - Books, etc., of Board of Public Charities, Committee on Lunacy, and Prison Labor Commission transferred to Department

All books, documents, records, papers, paraphernalia, and property, now owned, possessed, or under the control or in the custody of the Board of Public Charities, the officers or agents of said board, the Committee on Lunacy, and the Prison Labor Commission, shall be immediately transferred to the ownership, possession, control and custody of the department.
