Section 455.532 - Application for license(a) An application for a license as a cemetery broker shall be made, in writing, to the department, upon a form provided for the purpose by the department and shall contain such information as to the applicant, as the commission shall require.(b) The applicant shall have completed 60 hours in real estate instruction in areas of study prescribed by the rules of the commission, which rules shall require instruction in the area of professional ethics.(c) The application shall be received by the commission within three years of the date upon which the applicant passed the examination. 1980, Feb. 19, P.L. 15, No. 9, § 532, imd. effective.
