Section 455.531 - Qualifications for licenseEach applicant for a cemetery broker's license shall as a condition to obtaining a license take the cemetery broker's license examination and score a passing grade. Prior to taking the examination:
(1) The applicant shall be at least 21 years of age.(2) The applicant shall have been engaged full time as a sales person or cemetery salesperson for at least three years or possess educational or experience qualifications which the commission deems to be the equivalent thereof. 1980, Feb. 19, P.L. 15, No. 9, § 531, imd. effective.
