Section 24642 - Exposure to sale after condemnation prohibited; penalty

The exposure to sale, after condemnation as aforesaid, of any emaciated, tainted, putrid, decayed, decaying, unwholesome or diseased meat, fish, game, eggs or poultry, or any decayed or unwholesome vegetable, fruit or other matter or thing used for food, or of any maimed or diseased animal, or animals too young to be fit for food, shall be and is hereby declared to be unlawful, and any person or persons so offending shall be subject to all the penalties prescribed in section eleven of this act.
