Rule 8 - Non-Dispositive Orders By The Chief Judge

The Chief Judge of the Court of Tax Review Panel shall have the discretion to issue non-dispositive orders including the scheduling of conferences and pre- trial conferences, orders on non-dispositive motions, and orders for the general conduct of the proceedings. Dispositive motions shall be decided by the panel en banc except for a Rule 10(A) Order of Dismissal.
