Upon request of a party, the Chief Judge shall appoint a Certified Shorthand Reporter of this state as the official reporter of the panel. The official acts of the court reporter shall be accorded the same presumptions as are granted the similar acts performed as the court reporter for the district court. The court reporter shall be reimbursed for expenses in the same manner as reporters of the district court.
