Rule 6 - Surplus Funds

No unencumbered, unappropriated accumulated court fund earnings shall be treated after January 1, 1977 as "surplus" within the meaning of 20 O.S.Supp. 1977, § 1304. This, means that all categories of expenses shall thenceforth be paid from current earnings.
