Rule 5 - Approval of Claims - Apperance Dockets(a) No claim may be approved by the district judge-member of the court fund governing board until the vendor has certified or the district judge has determined that the price to be paid is not higher than that approved by the central purchasing office or that the supplies are not available in the quantity desired through the facilities of the central purchasing office.(b) Effective April 12, 1977, the appearance dockets in any category of litigation may consist of either (1) bound book, (2) looseleaf binder, or (3) loose sheets kept in a file container.Okla.
