Section 641A.280 - Reinstatement of license after 5-year lapse

After a license to practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor has lapsed continuously for 5 years, a person applying for reinstatement of such a license must reapply under the laws and regulations in effect at the time of application.
