Section 641A.270 - Automatic revocation of license for failure to pay fee for renewal; reinstatement Failure to pay the fee for renewal automatically effects a revocation of a license to practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor 10 business days after the date of expiration of the license. The license may not be reinstated except upon:

Submission of evidence of the completion of the required continuing education for the period the license to practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor was revoked, unless the Board has granted a waiver pursuant to NRS 641A.265; and3.
