Section 604D.120 - [Effective on the date on which the Commissioner of Financial Institutions notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry has sufficient capabilities to allow the Commissioner to carry out the provisions of this act through 12/31/2029] "Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry" and "Registry" defined"Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry" or "Registry" means a multistate licensing system developed by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators and operated by the State Regulatory Registry, LLC, for the licensing and registration of non-depository financial service entities by participating state agencies, or any successor to the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry.
