Section 604D.110 - [Effective through 12/31/2029] "Licensee" defined

"Licensee" means a person who has been issued one or more licenses to engage in the business of:

1. An employer-integrated earned wage access provider; or

2. A direct-to-consumer earned wage access service provider.
