Section 391.944 - [Expires 6/30/2025] Duties of Advisory Committee

On or before June 30, 2025, the Advisory Committee shall review, investigate and make recommendations to the Legislature, any offices of this State and any political subdivisions of this State as may be appropriate concerning:

1. Any issue relating to the safety and well-being of public school staff, including, without limitation, provisions of law or regulations that affect the safety and well-being of public school staff; and

2. The consistent implementation of discipline of pupils.
