Mont. Code § 2-18-209
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The department of administration shall periodically evaluate the extent to which Montana's classification plan, pay schedules, and statutes adhere to or fall short of the standard of equal pay for comparable worth. The department may make recommendations to the legislature regarding impediments to meeting this standard.
