Either House may resolve, by the vote of four-fifths (⅘) of the members present, that any matter or part thereof included in § 376 of this title under subsections (b), (g), (h), and (j) be not entered in the Legislative Journal if such matters are in conflict with the provisions of the Regulations of either House, provided the said resolution is adopted within the three (3) days following the date on which such matter or part thereof was produced or stated.
