The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the National Park Company are hereby directed to submit to the Public-Private Commission for District Development, created further, and to the Planning Board an inventory of the reservoirs and/or natural resources and of the existing recreational facilities in the Special Mountain Region Tourist District, so as to incorporate such offerings into the tourism master plan as pertains to ecotourism and other relevant modalities. Furthermore, the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources shall revise its Concession Regulations for those persons or businesses that request concessionaires within the premises administered by the agency.
