§ 672b. Paradores Program—Violations; civil actions

Any person using the different means of commercial advertising to promote any lodging service by using the word “ parador ” or the distinctive devices of the Paradores Program for said purpose without the pertinent authorization of the company, shall be subject to a prohibitory judicial action and a claim for damages filed by the company to prohibit the use thereof and to request any other pertinent legal remedy.
