For the purposes of §§ 672—672d of this title the following terms shall have the meanings given below:
(a) Company. — Puerto Rico Tourism Company.
(b) Paradores Program. — Puerto Rican Paradores Program of the Tourism Company.
(c) Director. — Executive Director of the Tourism Company.
(d) Distinctive features. — All expressions, words, phrases, symbols, logos, slogans or emblems alluding to the Puerto Rican Paradores Program.
(e) Person. — Any natural or juridical person.
