P.R. Laws tit. 23, § 65b
The Planning Board shall determine the internal organization of the Geology and Hydrogeology Division and shall provide for all matters related to its human resources, professional services, equipment and materials, according to the applicable legal and regulatory standards.
It is also provided that all public entities concerned with the matters set forth in §§ 65—65d of this title, such as the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, the Environmental Quality Board and other related entities, shall be bound to submit to the Board all the information and documentation needed to obey the mandate of §§ 65—65d of this title and ensure the optimum operations of the Geology and Hydrogeology Division herein established. For that same purpose it is also provided that said entities must make this information diligently and expeditiously available so that the Board may discharge its ministerial duties in the adjudication of development projects on the basis of the most precise information possible.
