(a) PR Road 986 of the Municipality of Fajardo is hereby designated as the “Veterans Avenue”.
(b) The Department of Transportation and Public Works is hereby directed to designate PR Road 986 of the Municipality of Fajardo as the “Veterans Avenue”, and to use such designation in all the documents of every agency, corporation, and instrumentality of the Commonwealth.
(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
