(a) The baseball park and cultural center of the Park Gardens Community, located in the Río Piedras area of San Juan, is hereby named after Doña Josefina Delgado-Rivera, also known as “Pepa”.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the “Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act”.
