(a) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission is hereby directed to designate Javilla Street, which runs from Inter American University Avenue to Carro Street in the Autonomous Municipality of San Germán, with the name of Luz Celenia Tirado.
(b) This designation shall be made without being subject to § 180 of this title.
(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to ensure faithful compliance with this section.
