(a) The stretch of State Road PR-165 in Toa Baja from the entrance to Palo Seco to the boundary with the Municipality of Dorado is hereby designated as the “Route of Enchantment”.
(b) The Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Public Works shall place a sign in the stretch of road hereby designated as the “Route of Enchantment” in accordance with the provisions of this section.
(c) The Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Public Works is hereby exempt from compliance with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the “Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act”, for purposes of the designation required in this section.
